A Comparison of the Main Characters in "Araby" and "The Swimmer"

He has this fantasy where he sees her and him to postulateher, but in reality she doesnt freshen up him much attention. One day she spoke to him briefly if he was going to Araby, a funfair. He was so excited to waste ones time the chance to talk to her that he couldnt remember what he utter. He remembered her saying that she couldnt go because her convent had a retreat that weekend, so he told her that he would bring her something back. He finally made it to the funfair to find the perfect gift for Mangans sister. afterwards looking almost, he stumbled upon a girl most the same age as his love interest talking to two guys. She noticed him afterward a minute or so and asked if he wanted to buy something.
